After 5 years of waiting, The Strokes are ready for their triumphant return. The New York indie band led by frontman Julian Casablancas, guitarists Nick Valensi and Albert Hammond Jr., bassist Nikolai Fraiture and drummer Fabrizio Moretti has decided to give their fans a taste of their latest album with a brand new single, available for free on their official website. "Under cover of darkness" is the first from the new album "Angles" and at first listen seem to want to detach themselves from the ambitions of First Impressions of Earth (2006) tornando all’immediatezza dei primi lavori della band come Is This It(2001) e Room On Fire (2003).
